Backend Ops LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an Astro Holdings LLC company. We build backend operating systems for growing businesses. When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, business type, and what you tell us about your operation. This site does not require accounts and does not collect payment information.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver services, and communicate with you about work you have engaged us for. We do not sell your information. Ever.

If you opt in to text messages from Backend Ops — through a form on this site or by giving us your consent directly — we may send you operational, scheduling, and service-related messages.

Some pages we operate collect job applications on behalf of businesses that are hiring. If you apply through one of those pages, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, age range, availability, how you would get to work, work experience, what you hope to get out of the job, and an optional reference.

We use this information for one purpose: to consider you for the job and to share your application with the business that is hiring. We do not use applicant information for marketing, and we never sell it.

Applicants must be 16 or older. If you are 16 or 17, we also collect a parent or guardian’s name and phone number — we use it to confirm their consent and to help with the state work-permit paperwork Louisiana requires for minors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; if we learn we have, we delete it.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

Backend Ops maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel, and we engage reputable third-party providers for hosting and message delivery. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you or deliver services. You can request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing ops@runbackendops.com.
